What flavor of CLO do you prefer?

Since I have a really weak stomach (bad gag reflex):Puke I thought for sure I would be buying the CLO capsules, but the more I read about each --- liquid/capsules --- I believe that taking the liquid would be better for me, but since I've never had CLO obviously I have no idea what it tastes like. Because I plan on buying from www.drrons.com and the only flavors available there for the liquid CLO are cinnamon, mint, and orange....I was wondering what flavor (if you tried it) do you prefer when taking your CLO?

(I think I will mix whatever kind I get in with some fruit juice...like a smoothie or something).

I take unflavored CLO, plain by spoonful. My current bottle doesn't really taste of anything. However, it is a spoonful of oil, and well, the texture is yucky. I need a chaser of a glass of water to get that slimy feeling out of my mouth. My previous bottle smelled and tasted strongly of fish, which I have since learned means it was rancid. Durn, wish I had known before I suffered through finishing it. Beforethat, I had mint flavored, which was my favorite. It was also emulsified, which meant a much better texture. My son loves his lemon-flavored emulsified one. I know, I know, it's not as good as plain. However, he'd just vomit it all up otherwise. I'd be happy to try the orange, though, seeing how much he loves the lemon, plain, by spoonful.

What company do you buy your CLO from?

I've always used the cinnamon flavor CLO/BO combo but haven't tried the fermented yet.

I normally get mine from Building Health but I just ordered some from Green Pasture because of the sale they had a few days ago.

I was planning on buying mine from www.drrons.com. I'm just so nervous about taking the liquid, (I dont want it to be a waste if I cant take it)... But I feel that its better to take it in the liquid form.....both nutritionally and money-wise. I'm thinking about getting the orange flavor. I think it could be mixed better with juices and whatnot if needed.

IMO, it IS oil derived from fish liver. . .I take it unflavored ( not so bad actually ). Trying to mask it w/ other flavors sounds REALLY gagy to me. ( I am a big time gager
