kindergarden registration question

Thread Starter
My 5 y/o has been vaxxed until it came time to do the boosters for school. Then I stopped. The DR. filled out the health form , with all the vaccines he has had until now, and signed it. He told me to just hand that in, but I thought I had to hand in an exemption. Do I do one , both, or the other? I'm in VA.

If your son is not up to date (which it sounds like he is not...no boosters) than you hand in an exemption. Do not hand in the form from your doctor

Here are your state exemption laws. It would need to be a religious exemption.

Just turn in the exemption. I hope your ped wasn't trying to sabotage.

I detached the immunization page. The only thing my ped is getting to fill out is the medical form
