Hang in there, everyone waiting to test! I wish I were confident I'd Oed (even tho it says I did, I'm totally unsure, as it said that before, then took it away late in the game). I suppose I will get better at intrepreting my temps as time goes on...

(also, please vote in my poll -- it's a "should we adopt a new one thread per month policy" poll. I think that suggestion came up in the pre-O, but I'm totally confused about which thread is which this month:LOL Anyway, please vote tyia!)

Well, I'm back to the 2WW again this month! (this is why one thread would be good) I had a + LH yesterday and had my RITS (roll in the sack) last night. Had a great visualization of the sperm reachting the egg.. to the tune of "everybody was kung fu fighting". We plan on GIO tonight and tomorrow too ( I know tomorrow is unlikely - but I want it just for fun!)
So hopefully I'll have a BFP in 14 days!

I am 5 DPO and have truly felt queasy for the last few days. Is this even possible, or am I losing it?

This is only our second cycle TTC and my first cycle charting and since I too have obsessive tendencies I am trying not to be too crazy. I try to err on the side of pessimism so that I am not too disappointed, but still if I had to guess I'd say that maybe I am pg (or on the road -- when are you officially, after implanatation?)

I am also thinking a lot about my luteal phase -- if I O on Day 16 and get my period on day 27, is that 9 or 10 or 11 days?

Melissa, I'm pretty sure that queasiness wouldn't start until you were around 6 weeks pregnant, but that doesn't mean this is true for everyone. I've been feeling really tired and hungry the past few days, but this is probably either in my head or a coincedence... I have no help for your other questions.. I have the same ones myself. I hope you are pregnant, though! Btw, I am 5 dpo also with about the same cycle length as you... so I'm in the same place right now! Good luck!

I often feel queasy after I ovulate, regardless of whether or not I'm actually pregnant. Strangely, it eases up after a few weeks if I am pregnant. I think it has something to do with the lowered estrogen and increased progesterone. My body needs some time to adjust to my changing hormones.

I think I would call it a 10 day luteal phase, because day 27 is actually day 1 if you have started bleeding.

All three times I have been pregnant I have known from about 4dpo..I think I am just super sensitive to chemical changes. Last pregnancy, I knew the exact day that the little thing burrowed in. I could feel it, and soon after felt very very nauseous, which lasted until my m/c.

So I think it is totally possible to feel different right after conception, because the peanut is giving off chemical signals even before implantation, kind of like announcing its presence to the mother's body.

I finally figured out FF!

I'm calmly... Uh, yeah, calmly... Waiting to see if af shows her face this month. Ten days past ovulation, and I ovulated FOUR days earlier this month than I ever have before. As tempting as it is, I'm not planning on testing. At the very earliest, I might test February 3th, but if I wait that long, and still no period, I could probably save my ten bucks, eh? Pre-baby, my luteal phase was 9-11 days, but my cycles have been pretty wonky lately. I guess af is due Tuesday, Jan 27?

Me too.

2 months ago I had a chemical pregnancy and knew when the little nut had been conceived. Unfortunately, I also knew that by 10dpo, that the nut wasn't able to implant. I was also wicked sick at 2dpo.

FTR, I'm thinking we missed the egg this time And in case my body is lying to me, can some of you newly pregnant moms tell me what your cervix did in the 2ww? ETA, I'm 5dpo.

I'm on a new diet, raw fruits and vegetables, and I'm doing a little bit of detox, so I'm hoping that threw things off :LOL

Hi Everyone! I haven't posted here in so long!! I am 3dpo - back to 2ww AGAIN!!! We just arrived in Juneau on Monday. We bought a condo too! So..... in the midst of all of that activity, I "think" I "o"'d. I did have a temp dip but my cm was not clear. Anyway....... we did get in some great bd'g time so we are praying we had some luck.
How is everyone else doing????? Sending baby vibes to all!!! Its good to be back.

Nothing new over here...7 DPO...was feeling a bit woozy today myself, but I am determined NOT to obsess over any possible symptoms, because I'm not so sure my body gives me such clear messages. But, after a chemical pregnancy last cycle, I certainly am hoping that it gets it right this time...we too are looking at a possible new home purchase - I'm eager to fill it with kids! Well, one or two anyway...

Still not wanting to not test until maybe 18 DPO...we'll see...

Well, I'm definitely here again in the 2ww. I believe today is 2dpo, and I'm already a little stir crazy. I just hope the next 2 weeks go fast! i don't know how many months I can do this without going INSANE!
Since I'm not temping, I'm just going to test around day 14, or 12 if I get ancy.... I doubt I can wait till I have a late period!

You know, now that I think about it, my mom suspected I was pregnant with dd before I had even thought to test because I was queasy and tired. I think the real heavy duty morning sickness didn't set in till six weeks, though. I'm just trying not to make too much of any symptoms.

Hey gang, what's a chemical pregnancy anyway? That's a new term for me.
I am so glad to have some partners in crime at the same spot in their charts as me!
I had a LO-O-O-ONG drive home from my mother's house in the snow and did nothing but obsess the whole way about the sad state of midwives (a whole bunch got laid off in Cleveland recently), a racist remark my oldest friend made the other day, etc. etc. At least I'm not obsessing about pg/not pg and my suspiciously short luteal phase! But I am trying to be as stress-free as possible. Easier in the summer, I think.
About the queasiness, I was quite ill when pregnant with Miles, so much so that I couldn't drink water out of the refrigerator, because it tasted liked the refrigerator smelled -- bad. But I don't remember any symptoms before I tested. At least it doesn't sound like I am totally off my rocker. Thanks!

Well everybody... I am far far behind here! I have like a TON of pages to catch up on ... so it is virtually impossible to give any encouragment or hugs. It's amazing what 4 days out of town will do to you here LOL!

Anyway, it's time for me to officially announce that I'm bowing out of regular TTC posting.I will still be lurking but until we are TTC again I am going to lay low.

Nothing new here...10 DPO, still not tempted to test at all for a while - prob @ 18 DPO, if I make it that far (AF due this Friday, I think). Temp tanked a bit today, but it has before around this time, and shot back up. It's fun to entertain the thought that it could be an implantation dip...

Meli, it's probably just quiet due to lack of any news to report...oh, and a chemical pregnancy is a very early miscarriage, when you test positive, only to test negative however many days later, with AF. No heavy cramping or serious bleeding, just a normal period. Many probably go unnoticed by women not tracking their cycles.

Hope you're all doing well, keeping sane, if anyone's getting close to a test date...!!
