Tucson butchers?

There is an amazing butcher at Prince and flowing Wells area (on Prince). In the same plaza as the post office. I cannot remember the name for the life of me. But they are like an old-school butcher. Like the kind I remember as a small child. Also, if you hunt you can take your game there and they will butcher it for you. Good luck.
