Kefir Sour Cream
:
Ingredients:
• 3/4 c. raw cream
• 1/4 c. freshly strained milk kefir
1. Put the cream in a clean glass container.
2. Add the kefir and Stir with a wooden spoon. Put the lid on the container but don't seal airtight.
3. Leave out for 12 to 24 hours at room temperature.
4. Seal jar airtight and refrigerate.
