Guess what I'm making???

Kefir Sour Cream :
Ingredients:
• 3/4 c. raw cream
• 1/4 c. freshly strained milk kefir


1. Put the cream in a clean glass container.
2. Add the kefir and Stir with a wooden spoon. Put the lid on the container but don't seal airtight.
3. Leave out for 12 to 24 hours at room temperature.
4. Seal jar airtight and refrigerate.

Wwweelllllll.......I wish I had made just a half a cup to try it, rather than a quart. I now have kefir flavored cream
Oh well, only one to find out, and that is experiment LOL!
