Hey there! I know we're almost half way through the month but do you mind if I join you? I just got the dvd and have only done 2 days so far, but I really like it.
I started with level 1 but it seemed sort of unbalanced to me... (I know that I'M the one who is unbalanced, not the dvd)... the strength sections totally kicked my ass but the cardio and abs seemed too light.
So yesterday I tried level 2 which I liked much better, but the arms are still killing me! I think 5lb weights are good for a few of the exercises but are WAY too much for others. I really need to get some 3 pounders!
At the end of this, I would love to be able to do some "real" push-ups. I can keep up if I do modified ones, but I can't even do ONE real one! (Ok, well truly at the end of this I would love to have Jillian's body, but I'll be realistic and hope for enough arm strength to push myself up first!
