There were about 30 people there just before I left, or thereabouts and we met another two on the way back to Union Station that were heading up to the demonstration! And more people were just gathering to get information and some seemed to hang around quite a while. We headed out around 3 and it seemed like a lot of people were arriving then, esp with the gathering that evening.

I have lots of pictures and I will post them ASAP. It was an amazing time

I'll just say now that I did stop by Friday, Saturday, and Sunday though I didn't formally participate (I am not a demonstration type). I did though talk with many people I've only previously spoken to via email and they were all good conversations. Got to meet Marilyn, carriebft, and PuppyFluffer among others. Since I know the last two there will probably read this, I hope you enjoyed the face to face as much as I did.

You'll have to get the details from people who really did the work (like the three above) but my sense from talking with everyone who participated, watching, and listening to conversations that the message was well received especially by teens and such but also generally. It seemed like a very successful event.
