Love it!

DH and I started replacing OMG (because it makes our Christian families flinch) with funny stuff from movies:

"Merlin's Beard!" and "Merlin's Pants!" from Harry Potter, although I don't think that one's too much better for my side since it's witchcraft. Uh, hello, I'm pagan, that's not exactly an insult

"By Grabthor's hammer!" from Galaxy Quest

"Oh, pickles" but it has to be done in Butters' voice from Southpark

: I'm going to have to try some of these out. Son of a biscuit maker is cracking me up.

Commonly used phrases chez moi:

Lord have mercy (emphasis on Lord, make it at least two syllables long)

what the head? (kids made this one up)

crapola

poopatron

None of that was probably very helpful :

I got "son of a motherless goat" from my evil gramma. She also does "son of a sea cook though I have no flippin idea what that means.
We use "Thor's Hammer" frequently (from Anchorman)
Oh, Fudge-a huge staple.
Dh uses by the power of greyskull
I say holy carp all the time!
There's more for sure..I Merlin's Beard!

Oh, shut the front door and back the truck up happens a lot too.

I avoid the infamous "F" word at all costs. However under extreme circumstances, I have been known to spout out "Oh, fartknockers!!!" (the origins of which trace back to a hilarious guy I knew from Kansas), until dh sweetly pointed out that I might as well have said the f word anyway.

In the movie Barnyard, Otis uses "Oh, milk me!" which I thought is pretty funny since I am breastfeeding!

We're scifi geeks, so it was pretty easy to go battlestar galactica and adopt "frack" instead of the F word...
DH also likes "felgercarb" from the same show.
Sometimes I say "What the hello?"

"are you kidding me"
"god bless america"
son of a biscuit"
or sometimes i just shorten the words i really want to say to just the first letter.

My husband has switched to "holy smokes!" Its extremely endearing. I love him for it, AND I think its kinda cool too. :

"Oh my gosh!"

Then there is Fiestabeth's "For the love of Johnny Depp!"

Or you could just say "o-m-g" and let people pick which one you use.

My pastor's wife in high school would always say, "Oh my stars and garters!"
