Got a on Wednesday! I'm not really sure of my EDD - my LMP was 2/27/09 but my cycles average about 23-25 days.

What are you ladies using to calculate your EDD? I figure I'm due sometime early Dec.

I tihnk about Dec 1st based on the same calculations I used.....I could be wrong though

Calculating due date

Hello Ladies. Calculating your due date is very simple. I read that someone asked how to do it.

Its called Naegles Rule in the medical profession and basically, you add 7 days to your LMP and then 9 months and voila!:

Hoping for a ______ or will it be a surprise? I am not sure if we will find out I have a Ds so a Dd would be nice,But I know what to expect with a Ds so I don't know?? I guess we will see

I do not know the due date and I am not sure of my lmp? so I guess the due date will be a surpise I know that my peirod was due last wednesday so I guess 28 days before that would e my lmp? right?

ETA: I think it is going to be November 28th that is what a calculator online said. we will see what the OB says at my appointment!

this is number 5 for me (first two are adopted) so third pregnancy and my due date is Dec 7th. I really don't care for the first time ever what I'm having. All I'm hoping for is another easy pregnancy like my previous two and a fantastic, healthy baby.

Cool! What a handy trick. I did it, and I get the same date they gave me over the phone when I called my MW, they must do the same thing.

Of course, if your cycles are longer or shorter than 28 days, or if your luteal phase isn't 14 days, you have to adjust to compensate for that. But it's a good starting point.

Unexpectedly joining this group! Just had baby #3 by c/s last April, but hoping we may still be able to have a VBAC/HBAC
