anyone else get their bfp so early?

Background:
DH and I were charting to 'sorta' avoid since jan. 1st. Jan was also may first month off the pill. This month and last we were not super carefull during my fertile time. My last period was strange, just one day of heavy bleeding and that's it. I had no ewcm this month, just a couple days of stickiness on the 12th and 13th. My period is due on March 29th or 30th based upon jan/feb. This past Monday, March 23rd, I felt weird and took a pregnancy test. Positive! Then I took 9 more, all different types and brands. All positive! On Tuesday I hadthe dr's official bloodwork done. Positive!

So what the heck? Are hpt's always so sensitive or is it likely I got pregnant in feb? Drs appointment is Monday to check through ultrasound.

I'm so excited!!!!!

CONGRATULATIONS!!!! The pg tests now are very sensitive. I got a BFP at 8-9 DPO with my last one! How dark are your lines?

ETA: I got a VERY VERY faint line on a Dollar Tree test at 10 DPO. Thought it was an evap and ignored it. Then yesterday at 11 DPO got a + on FRER and CBEdigital. Today my line is beautiful! Getting much darker! YAY!!!

I got another test last night and the super faint line was there. I did this with my son. I knew I was pregnant so I started testing way to early. But kept testing as the line got darker each day. Finally I bought the ones that say pregnant or not pregnant and it popped! So far same thing this time around. Expecting that pop in a few days which will prob. be more like 14 DPO for me. But tests are so sensitive you should could pop earlier. Everybody's different!

I got my BFP last week at what I think was 9 DPO, and I think with my son it was about the same. I think lots of tests actually advertise 10 DPO, but some can detect it earlier than that -- crazy, isn't it? I saw some tests online here (in China) that claimed they could detect at like 6DPO, although I found that doubtful.

Knowing so early is good and bad in a way, it certainly makes the time drag on when you've already known you're pregnant for a whole month and yet you're only 7 weeks along, heh.

Crashing in from the Sept DDC, but just wanted to say that your thread is bringing back memories

I, for some reason, was totally skeptical of the Dollar Tree tests and so ignored a faint line on one I took at *probably* DPO 15. Thought it was evap line. . .and I threw it away : I really did not think I was pg even though we were TTC!

But then a few days later at 4 weeks 2 days I took another (still thinking my period was just late as this was only my 2nd cycle off the pill) and this time although the line was still faint, it was definitely there. Immediately took another Clear Blue Easy that hadeven squintier lines than the $1. . . and then another of the digital type, which popped up "Pregnant" right away. Well months later and about 16 HPT later, I am definitely pg!

So I am all about the $1 tests. . .next time I am sticking with them! Good luck to all you mamas and those in the 2ww.

It took me three days, three tests and a long whiny call to my mom before I really started to believe I was for sure pregnant. We'd already told our parents because we wanted to share the excitement with them, and I had this fear that I wasn't really pregnant and had just gotten everyone's hopes up!

Just lurking- not pregnant... at least I don't think so LOL
I got a BFP at 9 DPO with DS. It was a FREP test. I did use FMU but I only sleep about 4 or 5 hours a night so it isn't really like FMU. It was faint but not REALLY faint. I didn't have to hold it up to a 600 watt bulb or anything to see it.
Congrats!!
