Anyone tried Blue Breeze Ghee yet?

Its coconut oil blended with butter wax to make a nutrionally complete baking/cooking oil. It sounds so yummy. I'm tempted to order a whole gallon.

So is it less coconutty in flavor? Sometimes I hesitate to use the coconut oil because it can really overpower a dish.

I would say yes. It is a little coconutty, but i think it tastes delicious.

azure standard has it on sale this month and next so i'm trying it and getting a gallon of their co, does anyone know how their co compares to tropical traditions or wfn? i figure that the quality of green pasture's stuff is pretty high, so their co should be pretty good.
