Still with the back! It's not sore, but the muscles feel tired and flabby. Can't sleep without something shoved under my lower back lately.

What helps us with heartburn after food is about a teaspoon of vinegar (any kind but white, we only use that for cleaning) in a little warm water. I think it helps the food digest since it's acidic.

Adding to the metallic taste and food aversions, I am now stuffy and my bbs are heavy/full, but thankfully not sore, yet.

I also have the worst gas I've ever had - its embarrassing....especially when my 2 yr old son said to me the other day, "no more bum mama!"

Ok, reading about all you ladies' symptoms has me freaked out! I don't notice much at all yet! I am somewhat gassy and I have loose stools (I know, TMI). My boobs are a tiny bit sore. That's it! I am 19 dpo. Is this normal? This is my first, can you tell?

((Christine)) The problem with pregnancy is that we freak out when we feel crappy, but we freak out even more when we feel fine. "Normal" ranges from sick as a dog from the moment of conception, to not a single wave of nausea for the whole 9 months. Sore boobs are a good sign. Mine don't hurt at all, and really didn't with either of my boys either. So yes, you're perfectly normal. It's hard not to worry, but try to enjoy the symptom free period as long as it lasts.

Thank you Amanda! That makes me feel better. I am not looking forward to feeling nauseous, so you are right, I am going to enjoy it while it lasts!
