I am rooming in with my son in the NICU and I use the unit's washer and dryer for our laundry and my own Allen's detergent. I just do my laundry, his clothes, and his cloth diapers all together (I use the hospitals prefolds which they wash, but also some of his AIOs from home, since I figure if we don't use his XS here he won't fit them by the time we're at home, so I hand wash those right after use and then throw them in with the laundry every couple days) If it matters, they are BG 2.0. Anyway, someone put our laundry in the dryer and put in a dryer sheet with fabric softener. Are they now ruined/damaged? And also, should I be worried about chemicals or irritants against his skin from it? Thanks.. maybe it's not a big deal but I am anal about laundry anyways and I know I have read this is not ok for cloth diapers due to absorbancy etc.. just wondering if I should be concerned or re-wash or anything?
