My Beco buckle broke

Beco sent me a new one, but without instructions on how to put it on. It is one of the shoulder ones. Both the shoulder straps look differently attached. Does anyone know how to put a new buckle on.

Is it one of the safety buckles??? that you have to use 2 hands to negotiate, LOL???

I would contact them and ask for very explicit instructions; I can't imagine they'd have a problem with that! A broken buckle on a baby carrier is serious business! I'm honestly surprised they didn't just replace the entire carrier.

Is it dual-adjustable? If not, I would not mess with trying to replace the buckle and demand a new Beco.

i have the option of sending it to them and they will re thread. I think I will do this even though I will miss my Beco while it is gone.
