Look at the book "Sew what! Skirts" and just draw you own as/when needed.

Here's the flickr group

Enjoy!

hehe i was going to suggest sew what skirts but it's already been suggested and seconded! it is a great book with directions for making pretty much any basic skirt. i have only done the A-line skirt from it but i want to make the tiered skirt

Look up Angry Chickens blog, she has simple instructions for a skirt that has elastic at the top. It's titled "5 minute skirt", and the instructions are free. She has you make your own pattern based on your measurements and her equations. I'm a beginner sewer and am 1/2 way through making this skirt and it looks great so far.

this is an option too....the only thing is that part where she says it will be snug at first or use something with stretch....i want a comfy skirt and already have a non stretch material. i could give it a little extra in the hips though....although i already have a "little" extra there myself, so i would have to add a little extra x2
