So far, I've got:
Mon30 Start South Beach Diet!
Breakfast: grilled tomato and mushrooms, turkey sausage patty
Lunch: turkey, zucchini rollups with lettuce, carrot sticks
Dinner: beef and broccoli salad, cashews and water chestnuts with asian dressing
Tues31
Breakfast: green tea, pork sausage patty, cucumber and lowfat cottage cheese
Lunch: large salad with nuts and meat leftovers and nuts
Dinner: turkey meatballs, tzatziki, greek salad, green beans
APRIL 2009
Wed 1
Breakfast: egg white omelet, spinach and onions, diced tomatoes
Lunch: tomato soup, ham rollups with cukes and sprouts
Dinner: pork tenderloin, wilted endive with nuts, grilled eggplant (top DH’s with feta, mine with diced tomatoes and red onions)
Thur2
Breakfast: pork sausage patty, zucchini sticks, tea
Lunch: broccoli beef salad, cashews, water chestnuts, asian dressing
Dinner: grilled chicken breasts (x2), roasted cauliflower, Greek salad (no cheese for me)
Fri3
Breakfast:egg-white omelet, wilted spinach with soy sauce and sesame seeds
Lunch: large salad with veggies, nuts, some meat cubes
Dinner: lean steaks, green beans, curried roasted veggies
Sat4
Dinner: out on date!

Breakfast: pork patty, diced tomatoes, wilted spinach
Lunch: turkey rollups with zucchini and lettuce, carrot sticks
Dinner: stir fry with leftover meat, zucchini, and cashews (no rice for me)

Dinner: turkey Swedish meatballs, wilted spinach salad, roasted carrots with cinnamon and honey
Tues7
Dinner: eggplant rolls with ricotta and spinach and pine nuts

Dinner: ham and fig rolls
