dryer sheets

what should i do if my prefolds get dried with some bounce dryer sheets? we use charlies for the wash and dh left the diapers in the washer last night and mil didnt know not to use dryer sheets when drying so they smell really nice but im not sure if they will be as absorbent as they were before?

I would wash them on really really hot (turn up the hotwater heater if you can), with a tiny squirt of blue dawn and your 1 T Charlies, and do several extra hot rinses after. That's what I would try first.

Honestly if its the first time this has happened I'd just use em like normal. I don't think that one accident w/the dryer sheets is going to have that big of an effect on your diapers Especially prefolds!

It won't. At least, I doubt it. DH put a dryer sheet in with the dipes once and they were fine.
