Can you boil too much?

My pre-folds are not stinking since my last boil about 1 month ago. My fitteds are starting to smell and one smells like sin. All Free and Clear is my best choice of detergent right now off-grid, seriously. I'm not even sure if it would be the detergent as so many say they like it. So, I'm wondering about just boiling the fitteds... can you boil too much and wear a dipe out? They have plastic snaps.

Everything I've read says not to boil plastic snaps- they'll pop off or warp.

ive boiled all my dipes about a few times, including ones with plastic snaps. No issues yet!

Also, when you are washing them on a regular basis, make sure you are checking to see that there are no suds in the rinse water before drying them.

I have boiled my fitteds once, and my other dipes 3 times. I just switched to All Free and Clear about a month ago. I do a cold rinse, hot wash with detergent, cold rinse w/vinegar, hot rinse, cold rinse. I'd hope there are no suds, but I'll check if I can get the lid open. It has a catch latch so when the machine is running you can't always open the lid.
I'm thinking of getting bleach for the fitteds and using it just once. Actually, even not all my fitteds smell. My Bella Bottoms smell stronger than my pf, but not ammonia like. My Tiny Tush which is my favorite fitted smells so strong it'd clear your sinuses. I use the fitteds as a nighttime diaper.
