It does. This morning during breakfast, the baby shifted from one side of my belly to the other, making everything move with his back. At times, one side was about 1 inch higher than the other. I think he wants to move more, but he can't at this point. I just hope he keeps quiet when I teach today.

And yes, there are hands and fingers moving constantly in the lower part. Sometimes, he even tickles me and makes me laugh.

I feel hands, but they tend to be more around the inside of my hip bone than by her head...hopefully

Well, tomorrow's edd for me.......we shall see.

Last night I had some lower belly 'discomfort,' shall we say. Sorta like what you get before your period...not full fledged cramps, but . I get a lot of sharp pains all over the place these days. Probably just my poor, protesting muscles and ligaments.

My April Fools day joke to dh was that it was really hot and sunny out

We did Oodles of stuff around the house yesterday, I'm finally feeling like this baby could come now and I wouldn't be a complete crazy person.

Since I'm already a crazy person, and I have an alien trying to tear out the front of my abdomen, I'm going to try napping after I install a couple more closet shelves. But, not before I eat an orange. I'm beginning to feel a time-crunch and I still need to paint the master bedroom! >.<

I have a 2-hour lunch and meeting over at campus today. And then, my big plan is to take a swim afterwards. Though it only requires a 10-minute bus ride and about 10 minutes total of walking, I think I am going to drive. It seems horribly lazy, but I am really having a hard time walking, its just so uncomfortable! And baby has shifted from ROA to ROP, so I think some swimming (probably slowly with the kickboard!) is in order. Its the first time in MONTHS that I don't have DS to take care of in the afternoon, so I think I can actually do something BY MYSELF.

My baby isn't due until April 23. SO, I might be waiting around until May. Some of us aren't actually guaranteed to have our baby in arms this month!

We called the baby an "alien shrimp" because in the beginning thats what she looked like! I was SHOCKED the other day to see her on the u/s looking fat and baby-ish!!!!

MIchelle, you know that babies eye balls are fully grown? I heard years ago its because when we (or animals) see something disproportionate like that (big puppy dog eyes), we find them more cute looking than delicious looking, and were less likely to hurt (or eat, in the animal world) our baby. Isnt that crazy?!

After yesterday's news of precious Soren, I have made an effort to enjoy the quirks and pains and focus on loving my little guy. I've been so preoccupied with school and how I feel physically that I think I've forgotten to focus on what's most important

Dh is now back to liking the name Luke. I think this time it's a done deal - thank goodness! He's got a good buddy who I think sold him on the coolness of the name... Cool hand Luke... and who is going to call him 'Cool hand' as his nickname, lol. So, I'm starting to let myself call him Luke Hayes.

Emma - not lazy at all!!! You deserve to take a break from hassles like public transit and walking!!!

Ive been thinking about mischeveius all night. My heart is so broken for her and her family. Even DH gives his condolences and thoughts to her. The worst part about the MDC is that we DONT live near each other. There have been so many times when i have wanted to travel through the comp and give you guys real hugs and shoulders to cry on!!!

Today I meet our new doc for the now-planned hospital birth! Im excited because she is a family practice doc and deals with lots of homebirth transfers and "crunchy" moms.

Baby bag is almost packed, thank you cards have been mailed, now I just have to stock up on food and buy a breast pump! Ive been debating the breast pump thing but IF this babe has to have surgery, I wont be able to hold her right away and I would rather pump then formula feed, kwim? Its an expensive investment for the what if but better safe than sorry!!

Cant wait to see who gives birth today!!

Not until the 25th, but Peanut is extremely active and seemingly anxious to get out. I am guessing (and wishing) that it will be early. I just don't see a whole month more of this in my future. Based on... because that's what l want and I really don't know how much larger my belly can get without having to stop moving altogether.

I really hope I'm right. Peanut has been guesstimated at about 5.5 pounds as of yesterday. With half a pound a week to gain, I'm thinking 2 weeks should do it. Maybe I'm delusional...

Im the 27th and also delusional!! They est this baby to be 7 to 8 lbs NOW!! Im thinking ONE week will be fine for me!!!

All I keep thinking as I read these from you ladies is that I sure hope it happens for you. I was definitely in the delusional club and at 33 weeks they estimated this baby to weigh 5.7 pounds. I thought for sure I'd have him by now. Alas, he likes Mommy's tummy too much. I have another u/s tomorrow to see how big he is - oye ve!

Mischievium's husband created and account and quickly posted under her thread. I don't think I knew it was possible to feel so much for someone I only know over the internet until now. I'm just so sad and angry for them. I looked at old posts Mischievium had made yesterday to look over her journey and it looks like they suffered from infertility before they conceived their precious angel Soren. It's just so unfair.

Is anyone else having an extra tired/really don't feel like being pregnant today day??

ETA: I feel like my posts contradicts itself and I need to explain. I am VERY thankful to be pregnant today but am just having a really tired and achy day. I just can't wait to meet my baby boy!!!!
