I recently discovered watch instantly exercise videos on Netflix -- fun! I queued a bunch of Pilates ones, and tried the first one out, Crunch Burn and Firm Pilates, today. I wouldn't call it Pilates (not even close), but it was a decent workout.
4/01: Pilates 60, 30-Day Shred video 25 = 85 minutes
4/02: stepper 20, rower 7, elliptical 33, 30-Day Shred video 25 = 85 minutes
4/03: stepper 20, rower 10, elliptical 30, 30-Day Shred video 25 = 85 minutes
4/04: Pilates 45, stepper 20, rower 15, elliptical 35, 30-Day Shred video 25 = 140 minutes
4/06: = stepper 20, rower 15, elliptical 35, 30-Day Shred 25, Crunch Burn and Firm Pilates video 45 = 140 minutes = 535 minutes TOTAL
