Suggestion about the "smilies window".

Hello.

I have a minor issue with the smilies window. It closes itself after you post your message. I have used forums where the smilies window remained open until you closed it, therefore you can use it for many posts, instead of having to load it up everytime. I know it is a silly thing, but I'm an absolute smiley addict. : Is it difficult to change this?
