....while at work. Mmmmmmm. It's organic, which is how I justify the fact that I am just eating spoonful after spoonful.

Yum.

For the peanut butter lovers!

Last night I made this recipe, it was so yummy. I want to make it again tonight

Spicy Peanut Noodle

8 oz linguine
1/3 cup low-fat creamy peanut butter (I didnt use low fat )
1 1/2 tbs rice wine vinegar
1 to 2 tsp chile paste with garlic
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 cup water
2 tbs soy sauce
1 medium-sized red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
3/4 cup chopped sedded cucumber (not a fan, so I didnt add it)
3 green onions, sliced diagonally into 1/4 inch pieces
2 tbs chopped cilantro

Cook linguine. Combine peanut butter, water, sy sauce, vinegar, chile paste and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk until well blended, thin with water if the consistency is not of a creamy sauce. Add linguine, bell pepper, green onions, toss and sprinkle with cilantro.

It was super quick to make and very flavorful. I ate my whole bowl and DP's leftovers

I warn you though, it's spicy!

I just polished off most of a small can of salmon, which my cats thought was for them...

I've been planning to make "Dandy Candy" for snacks and labor, actually; I don't have the recipe in front of me (it's from one of my mother's LLL/natural family cookbooks), but I know it's basically just peanut butter, some honey, and powdered milk, which you form into balls and roll in sesame seeds or coconut or whatever you like and then freeze. Mmmm. I'm thinking of trying other nut butters in the recipe, too. Good, quick energy!
