Yoga?

Hi there. Before I got pregnant with DS, I took yoga and loved it. It was actually quite transcendental for me. Since DS (22 months) was born I haven't practiced at all. I'm so grounded and attached that I'm nervous to go "there". This probably doesn't make any sense. I recently did a Treasure Map and I have yoga images all over my map. While I think I need to be flexible in this coming year, I also think I need to return to yoga practice, but I'm oddly nervous. Has anyone else had this kind of experience?

I miss yoga. I practiced through my first couple months of pregnancy then I started a new job and just didn't have the time/energy. I'd love to get back to it. I'm not nervous about it, but I get what you're saying. For me, I'm just waiting for the day when DD is old enough that I can get 30 min of yoga time while she plays. Have you thought about a mom and baby class? Would you feel more comfortable with that?

Mom and baby is a great idea. I actually had not even thought of that. Thank you. I think that would be perfect.
