Hi there. Before I got pregnant with DS, I took yoga and loved it. It was actually quite transcendental for me. Since DS (22 months) was born I haven't practiced at all. I'm so grounded and attached that I'm nervous to go "there". This probably doesn't make any sense. I recently did a Treasure Map and I have yoga images all over my map. While I think I need to be flexible in this coming year, I also think I need to return to yoga practice, but I'm oddly nervous. Has anyone else had this kind of experience?
