What's everyone taking? I don't take a multi but rather focus on the vitamins and minerals I feel are extra important during pregnancy and that I can't get enough of through my diet.
Blue Ice Gold CLO - 3 (might start taking 4) capsules a day for 15,000 IUs of A, 1500 IUs of D (those are natural vits, not synthetic which could be toxic to the body at those levels)
Rainbow Light B vitamins
Cal/Mag (2000 mg of Calcium a day)
CoQ10 (400 mg a day)
? maybe something else as I see fit

). I'm actually surprised how easy it is to get enough folate through diet if you put a little effort into it each day.
), eat as much fresh and organic as possible given the season and our budget, etc. I plan to try to avoid supplements by making a point of getting the vitamins I need in food. If I notice I'm having a low intake of something then I'll take that vitamin or mineral in a supplemental form.
