What Dipes do you use for a 30+ Heavy Wetter

My son is only 2. He sometimes shows interest in using the potty but not all the time. I had him in some fitteds then in Large Fuzzi Bunz but he outgrows all of his diapers with in 2 or 3 months every time we get a new set. The legs are usually fine...it's the rise that he outgrows.

Plus, we have a difficult time with leaks. He soaks his diapers to the extent that they are sooooo heavy. We check him often and he's dry and then suddenly he is leaking everywhere. We have added extra inserts...the diapers can't get anymore puffy. Also, with the FB's we had the problem that the top would sort of flap over and wick onto his clothing. ????

What diapers have you used with success after having similar experience? We can buy him some diapers but I can't keep buying them again and again. Right now we have him in disposables but in 2 months I'll have spent what it would cost to get him some cloth, plus, I'm dying every time I throw one in the garbage....ugh!

XL Happy Hempys are very generously sized and can hold a ton. It has a huge pocket so you can stuff with a microfiber insert or add a hemp insert as well. They are available with a microfleece inner of without. They do need a cover though - Large Thirsties covers fit 28-40 lbs.

I used these diapers for overnight for my heavy wetter with just one microfiber insert and they worked great!

on my 35 lb 3 footer, i am mostly using bummis super whisper wrap size large (they do have xl though) and toddler pfs and a hemp doubler. i feel like the thirsties covers arent good in the larger sizes, they droop and the wings drop - the bummis keep the diapers so much more secure on larger kids - they also have a super brite version of the bummis cover that has a super duper waterproof layer so i hear! these are awesome and a great doubler in addition to the toddler pf.

I'd go with Motherease. They have a Toddler size diaper, if the large won't fit, and the wonderful thing about them, is they can be pulled up and down like undies, so potty training is a snap. I love their diapers so much, that they make up 95% of my stash.

I use the One Size and Sandies.

The Toddle-Ease are like the Sandies but made for babies about 35+ pounds and are just as good, just bigger.
