tinea versicolor fungus treatment?

I have this fungus on my chest and back and the dermatologist said to treat it with a soap that has sulphur in it. Anyone know of any of the more natural treatments of this? As far as I know, sulphur is safe. Know of any brand name soaps to use? Thanks.

Tea tree oil works well but is real smelly... this condition runs in my family and I have luckily escaped it but my siblings get it bad and usually resort to the tea tree oil to get rid of it... takes a while but does work. Good luck!
