Yep. It's a big problem here in the Northeast -- a lot of foreclosed homes weren't winterized properly. There was one property ($80k) we found that had five feet of
frozen water in the basement. That means the foundation will start falling apart, if it hasn't already. In other homes, you might be lucky if all you have to replace is a cracked toilet.
