Hi Ladies!
So I just devoured the Clomid thread and although I found loads of hope and helpful tips I did not see anything resembling my dilema..........so here it goes:
I am currently on day 6 of my cycle and day 4 of taking the cloimd pills ( my doc suggested day3-7 for taking the meds, 50mg) Anyway yesterday I was having ovulation cramps which were more than usual but not unbearable.....today I have started milky cm....does this mean i will O soon or is it a side effect of the pills when one is taking them?
any advice is greatly appreciated

I often start to feel ovary type pain when I'm still taking the pills. I don't expect that you would be ovulating quite that early. I was also reading yesterday that CM can be affected by clomid, and therefore is not as reliable to check for ovulation.

I hope it works for you!

M2N - The clomid increased my CM by 10x. I had lots of EWCM, but I think creamy is normal too. It went away 1 or 2 days after I stopped the clomid. I can't remember if I felt any cramping, but it doesn't sound like anything to worry about to me.

I've done days 5-9 four times (twice to get pregnant with my daughter-got pregnant the second cycle, and currently ttc again and 18 DPO on my second Clomid cycle of this attempt) and some of those times I had early changes in cervical mucous-in fact, on my current cycle, I had early changes in CM but didn't ovulate til day 21.

Best of luck to you.

Thanks guys! I have much more cm today on day 9 of my cycle but I will not be using it as a o indicator ......So from what I read I suppose I will have strange symtoms during the entire cycle......I was hoping that the symtoms would go away when I stopped the pill, but alas I dont think the universe wouls make it that easy now would it lols!!!
