So I remember reading on a thread here in Q&S that we couldn't post "disturbing or upsetting" news stories anymore...it was from when N&CE was closed. However, I've seen one such story posted, and it hasn't been closed. Also, I can't find anything in the Users Agreement under "Rules" about the news issue.
Was that rule never implemented or something? Or have things changed again? Or is it outlined somewhere else? Anyway, I would really appreciate if someone could please clarify the rules about all that for me. Thanks.
