What craft books do you swear by?
OR, what blogs do you love for crafty ideas?

My favorite crafty blogs are The Small Object Steno Pad, futuregirl craft blog, and (not really a craft blog, but does lots of crafty stuff) Scribbit.

My crafts are sewing and knitting. I tend to like books that emphasis techniques vs. little projects. I like the Reader's Digest Complete Sewing Book and the Kwik Sew books. I also like Ottobre Magazine although every year I say I'm going to stop my subscription. I have several Barbara G. Walker books for knitting and the Vogue Complete Knitting Book. I think those are very helpful because once you learn the techniques you can do most anything you want to do.
Blogs? Hmmm...you can check out my blog and see the blogs in my favs. I think I have a good mix of home dec., crafts and general parenting types.
