Newborn stash + size smalls

I started CDing with DD when she was 6 months old so we have 3 small FB and a huge stash of mediums in various brands.

I'm 9 weeks pg now and need to get started on the newborn/small supply for the new babe. I have 4yds hemp fleece, 4 yds OCV, 2 yds bamboo velour and various stretchy knits.

What do you suggest for:
-newborn pattern
-numbers of diapers (with some AIOs/pockets for baby sitters)
-materials (amount needed for above number suggestion and particular patterns)

I own Very Baby, Celtic Cloth, and another one (one-size) that I can't remember. Has a star on the pattern. It irritates me that I can't remember.

Could the star one be the Little One Size from Little Comet Tails?

I'm sewing my first newborn stash, too. Right now I'm really loving the free DDNB pattern. Sewn with stretchy knits it seems like it will fit for good amount of time. I like the shape and the double row of snaps in the front. I have a few that I've made so far and I really like the combination of knit front, obv or ocv inner and hemp fleece hidden with a bifold soaker of one layer obv or ocv and one layer hemp fleece.

I was able to get 4 DDNB OBV/HF/OBV fitteds and 4 Fattycake small woven/HF/OBV fitteds, plus soakers for all of them, out of two yards of OBV and still have a good chunk of the fabric left, if that helps on amounts.

I can't help much with number of diapers needed. I'm still trying to feel my way through that one myself. I'm thinking that 2 dozen fitteds, 2 dozen prefolds and a dozen covers will be a good amount to get me through washing every other or every third day, but I don't think I need that many in NB size. I don't want to make too many tiny diapers, as my babies tend to grow fast. So maybe about that many in a mix of small and NB?
