I hope your healing stays smooth, the second C section is (oddly) usually easier to heal from. Having a sweet new baby around always helps too!

There was some weirdness with oxygen saturation levels immediately post-op--I had to be on oxygen to keep things up where they like. Also had the completely unearned resting heart rate of a world class athlete. The situation resolved itself by the middle of the next day, keeping me from a bunch of testing to figure out the cause, and everything's been smooth since. At least, as long as I remember to take it easy.
