Sunscreen - Safe Spray-on

Hi,

My son is very fair (red head) and won't wear a hat (he's one so I don't have a lot of influence here) so I'm trying to find a spray-on sunscreen that is the least toxic (right now we use California Baby Fragrance Free Sun Block) but still sprays on so I can use it on his hair (right now his scalp is getting burned and putting the cream in it is sort of disaster). Anyone know of a good product?

the safest one per cosmetics database is kinesys. I have found it on ebay for $16 or so but have yet to actually try it.
