Mamas near St. George?

I am relocating to the St. George, Utah area this fall. Anyone live in or near there?

My mom and stepdad live in Sun River and are up an all things having to do with being semi-retired and loving to hike, but I'm wondering what neighborhoods or towns nearby would be nice for me, my DD, and my boyfriend.

We're looking for something in a walkable neighborhood, not an apartment complex on the edge of town, YKWIM?

Anyone at all?
