Experience with Air Force regarding Vax?

Anyone out there that would object to Military/Air Force due to mandated Vax? I truely don't want him to have any but what to do? We are actually trying to help give him ideas so he can decide what it is he might want to do with his life. I would feel so guilty for having him talk to Military recruiters if all is manditory VAX :

I'm not sure what you are asking exactly. Just wanted to say that my 16yo son wants to go into the military and has since he was a small boy. His dad is Air Force. He wants to go Army. If he does go into the military, he will have to have pretty much every vax under the sun. That is the way it is and I don't think there is anyway around it. When you join the service, your body is not your own anymore. You are govt property. My husband has had every vax from tdap to anthrax. *sigh*

Yes that is what I was afraid of; that he would have to take the vax no matter what (his objections or not)! That just sucks you would think you would have the right to refuse them injecting stuff inside your body. ::

We've fought round and round with the Navy about this and unfortunately when you're AD the military OWNS you . My husband has had the Anthrax vaccine THREE times because they've required it everytime he's gone to the Middle East and it just boils my blood! He nearly got himself kicked out after a fight with his CO over the issue so we've decided to drop it and cross our fingers that nothing terrible happens to him. We are just exhausted by the whole thing at this point. They have allowed him to stay in the Barracks for a time after he gets anything that sheds. I don't want that crap around my kids. I worry like mad but he's an adult and I figure he can handle it better than they could.

I've been hoping the mandates change sometime in the next few years... My ds2 is currently AFJROTC and plans to continue through college on his way to a Commission. He is my child that actually HAD a bad reaction to the MMR and has never received another. I'm terrified of this. Don't know what will happen? I'm prior military myself and remember how sick I got from all the shots! I do seem to remember reading something about one of the branches accepting some sort of waiver...am I just dreaming?
