looking for dr. between portland and damariscotta

I am currently living half the time in Portland and half the time near Damariscotta. Does anyone have any recommendations for a personable, breastfeeding friendly, vaccination flexible doctor that has (but not required) a holistic approach?...located somewhere in between??

Doctor

Not sure if you're looking for a pediatrician or a doctor for yourself. For a pediatrician, I would recommend Dr. Andrea Loeffler from Bowdoin Medical Group in Brunswick. She helped my friend with her son's badly chapped feet by recommending Lansinoh and it cleared right up!

For a doctor for yourself, I would recommend Dr. Cynthia Dechenes from Topsham Family Medicine.
