Your skin is slightly acidic so these neutral cleansers are kinda a joke, IM(not so humble)O. 'They' don't tell you like cleanses like(oil cleanses oil BUT be careful to use a good natural oil and no vaseline!!). I could rant on but, I'll spare you.
I use oil cleansing method with jojoba oil from Trader Joe's. Love it! I will put some of the oil on my dry areas after I dry off my face. In the morning sometimes I just splash my face with water (to wake up!)

I LOVE egyptian majic too! I got a free sample and it is the BEST stuff ever..Maybe someday I will be able to buy some.

Dunno how natural it is, but I use The Body Shop's Seaweed line.

The Aloe line is really good for sensitive skin, and the Wise Woman line is for mature skin.
