I've been a bit 'out of the loop'...

Can you folks give me a rundown on the best pro-intact resources that address the STD/HIV arguments?

Abstinence, no needle use, avoiding all risky behavior, and using condoms are much better alternatives than circing. STD's are NO reason to even consider it. esp for newborns since they aren't doing those things, and there are no studies saying that men circed as newborns have lower STD rates than men left intact or circed post-puberty. (To my knowledge, that is.)
