Can anyone recommend a good easy reading book for me?

My son had his 3 month shots and half of his 6 month shots, and then we stopped because I just wasn't comfortable with not knowing.

Well needless to say, I need a good reputable book that I can delve into so I can learn why I don't want to vax, or why I choose to wait to vax. (Still haven't made a final decision on that one yet.)

It is just so sad that I can't have a pediatrician for my son because noone around here will take us. Also when I do take him they will want to start right in getting him "caught up", and I want to have a good defense, and knowledge to be able to ask the right questions.

Thanks in advance. (he is 19 mo old now)

I would add "How to Raise a Healthy Child... In Spite of Your Doctor", by Robert Mendelsohn. He discusses VPDs and their treatment, so you can decide if you think it is worth vaxing that particular thing. It's a very highly recommended book on this board... not sure why it's not on the list.
