Hi everyone. Just had my 3rd and want to get a new carrier. I have an old Mayawrap pouch and a new Hotsling (black and not all that great) but want something that I can use with my now almost 2- week old through the warm summer. What would you recommend??? Thanks in advance for the help!!

Congratulations!
I recommend a ring sling. It's adjustable so will fit nicely nice all the way through toddlerhood. It's also nice because most are able to nurse while wearing a ring sling and the tail comes in handy too as a sun protection cover when you are out and about, a burp cloth or a cover as needed. I've been using my a rebozo carry (similar to a ring sling carry but with a short wrap instead) with my newborn every single day.

i have had two May babies and a July baby and those first few months it's pretty much exclusively a ring sling. usually one out of linen or a lightweight cotton.
check out sleeping baby productions - she's got lots of great, inexpensive ring slings. and actually right now she's got some Maya Wrap fabric that she's redoing the shoulders on and they're only $25! there's a free shipping code over at TBW too.
mei tais are great for summer heat too, if you want a two-shouldered option. something with light colored straps preferably. there are some out there made of solarweave and solarveil which are very light weight and breathable, but really any mei tai is going to be OK.
i steer far clear of wraps - 3 layers of fabric wrapped around me and the baby is just stifling. i do use them when we go out in public to air conditioned places, though, because we don't have A/C so we're always freezing in a/c!

Another vote for a mei tai. I think they're cooler than wraps and have a lower learning curve, can be used front or back, are easy to nurse in upright without having to move the carrier around to switch breasts, and being hands-free with a newborn when you have older kids to take care of is brilliant.
