I've been making soakers for new baby and dd3 I think i have 8-10 now for the new baby a good number will be for newborn a couple are bigger. I have made a couple pants/longies for new baby as well as 1 for dd2 and 3 for dd3. I made a dress which was to short so its more of a long shirt, for dd3, a summer top for dd2 and several skirts for both dd2 and 3. I have a blanket started but cant get the initiative to finish it.. i should though casue i wanted to take it to the hospital with me :P All the above is knitted stuff. I knit a newborn sundress but dont know if i'll be able to use it or not... if not, i have a shower gift made for someone sometime! lol

I"ve sewn a few diapers, not nearly enough though. My sewing machine and serger both have issues, minor but annoying enough to make me not bother I made a quilt for our pastor and wife's baby girl.

Aside from diapers, I've been working on some things from the New Conceptions pattern. I have two long sleeve wrap-style baby shirts done so far and a hat. I did the shirts in preemie size so they can be worn immediately after birth, I'll make a few more in other sizes with short sleeves. I also plan to make a couple of pairs of shorts, probably 0-3 and 3-6 months for the summer. I'll post pictures later when I get around to uploading them

Do you think it would be okay to wear a totally pink pouch with a boy, if it is a boy?
Absolutely!!
I was wondering this too earlier in my pregnancy, and then thought ... hey, I'm a girl, so I can wear a pink pouch if I want to, irrespective of the sex of the baby inside.

So far, I've knitted one soaker and 2 pairs of longies for the newborn. I've also finished a quilt for my DS, for when he transfers out of his cot into his 'big boy' bed (probably won't be for months and months). I'm hoping to sew 8 or so Chloe Toes nappies, but have only gotten 1 finished so far.

This is my most recent sewing. Two preemie size tops to wear immediately after birth and two knotty hats from the New Conceptions pattern. The white top with brown trim is bamboo velour and the other is a cotton knit.

I'm cross-stitching a Winnie The Pooh afghan blankie for my LO.
Also painting up some wooden frogs and things to decorate the nursery with.

I still have to finish a couple more soakers/shorties for this baby, but I've also been making some simple flannel receiving blankets. I probably won't get everything done that I'd like to, but I'm getting close. Of course, the receiving blankets would have taken about half an hour total if I didn't insist on hand-sewing all the edges with blanket stitch and various colors of embroidery floss...

I've made some footed pj's and diapers. Here are some picks of the pj's.

I cut up a receiving blanket and used a piece of towel to make a flannel prefold. It wasn't really worth the time or effort, but it was at least kinda fun.
