Left Easter Mass! Water started gushing! Will likely have baby by the end of the day!!!! :

Thanks everyone! It's been about 3 hours since my water broke. My contractions are beginning to follow a pattern, though they're roughly 10 minutes apart lasting 1 minute each. We've contacted our midwife and are keeping her posted!

Update

Well, I am home without a baby. It's about 10:00 p.m. now. My water
began gushing at Mass this morning around 10:00 a.m. (I will tell the
full story when I'm less tired...I promise!!!) I went home, called my
mom to come watch our toddler, and around 12:00 began having some
contractions. They seemed to be about 10 minutes apart, then they got
closer together. My mom was kind of bugging me (I was stressed out
being at home), so we called the midwife and she said to come over. I
think we arrived at the birthing center around 2:00 p.m. My water
continued to leak a lot (probably went through about 10 Depends), but
no contractions! We stayed until 9:30 p.m. and then we all made the
decision to go home and get some rest since labor wasn't progressing.
My fluid is still leaking, but no contractions. I'm hoping to go to
bed and to wake up in active labor. They were monitoring me and the
baby closely, and both of us are doing well, so we're comfortable with
this decision. I have a terrible head cold right now...I'm all
congested which is making it hard to breathe and relax, so I'd LOVE
prayers. Hopefully I'll have a baby tomorrow.

Another Update

Please keep the prayers and warm wishes coming. It's been 24 hours since my water began gushing and still no contractions. My midwives are a little concerned by this and have asked me to come in by 12:00 today to see if they can try revving things up naturally in order to avoid a pit induction at the hospital. I still am so baffled by how I can be gushing water and not having any contractions.
