repair elastic on FB

I want to replace the plastic on some Fuzzibunz. Any advice, instructions or links?

I have the correct type of needles for sewing on PUL. Where do I get the right kind of elastic and what kind of elastic do I need? Any tips on removing the old and replacing?

I have to find a link to a tutorial I found a long time ago, but it required scissors, elastic, a needle, and thread. No machine needed.

Here's some rudimentary directions.
Basically you cut a small hole at the top and bottom of where the elastic is and then cut the elastic. Pull it out. Hand sew the elastic in on one end then use a safety pin to guide the elastic through the tunnel. Hand sew the elastic at the other end then close your holes with some quick stitches. Repeat for other leg.

Ive done this. It is easy.
turn the FB inside out, Use a seam ripper and remove the seam, take out the old elastic. sew in a new one, really over do it, as you dont want to have to re-do it if if came loose. turn it right side out feeling to make sure you dont sew on the elastic itsself and re sew the seam you tore out. now they are like new!

That is super easy! I have some FBs that need new elastic too, I'll have to try it.
