My daughter's name is Maryam

and she's named after a strong, kind, spirited friend of mine who just passed away. Her facebook page is still up. Her name is still on my email list. Her picture is still in my room. How can she be gone? And how do I live with this huge hole in my heart? Every time I say my daughter's name I remember her.

I'm so sorry. I have to believe that all who pass on are still with us, because it is the only thing that helps me get through the pain of losing so many loved ones. When you say your daughter's name....know that your friend hears you and feels closer to you than ever. I choose to believe that your friend is not too far away and knows how much you care..........I hope you can find some comfort in that.
