Whats going on Law of attraction practicers?

I'm going to sub, even though I wasn't around for the old thread. Don't suppose you have a link? I didn't even know there was an old thread, but I bet a lot of my questions could be answered by perusing it.

I'm fairly new to LoA but it seems to be working for us, and I expect it to continue working--it's actually been quite the shift in perspective for me, but it's fitting in with the growth and improvement in a lot of areas of my life.

Are we supposed to share what we're trying to manifest? DH and I are working on manifesting a move to Colorado. In concrete terms (among other things) I'm working to get the house ready for another move which is overwhelming at times, but I'm seeing good progress and feeling good about it.

I'm still working out how to incorporate this into my understanding of God, so I'll be watching that part of the discussion with interest.

God is the matrix, the ether, out of which all is born. The ultimate state of love and pure bliss. One of the reasons that many of us refer to it as GUS - God Spirit Universe or SUG, same thing in reverse for those that don't like a masculine sounding name.

Okay, that was pretty simplistic, but that is really a distillation of how it all incorporates for me!

Hi guys! :

Maybe WWoW being down is enough of a kick in the pants to get off the computer and get stuff done! I planted a bunch of stuff in the garden yesterday, just in time for the showers today! :

So did everyone catch my thread about how my Treasure Map already intercepted a hawk trying to grab my neighbor's chicken? Who knew that Treasure Maps can save chickens too!!! But if it weren't for the synchronicity of that flower on my TM, I wouldn't have gone outside to look at it just as the hawk swooped down to grab her. So crazy!

The "wouldn't it be nice if" game worked! I'm going to ask DD1 if she wants to join us for our little trip in May when I pick DS up today.

The dog is driving me crazy! Poor thing misses DS so much: she cries, watch the door and doesn't want to eat this morning.

I was reading a memoir last night and in it someone commented that God and other religious figures are our way of anthromorphizing "astral forces". I think that kind of jives with what you're saying. Years ago I read a book about quantum physics and religion and a scientist basically said we'd go insane if we didn't view time in a linear fashion and use concepts like "God" to explain the Universal forces. Highly offensive to some but it makes sense to me.

Quantam Physics pretty much explains God IMO - not sure why it would offend anyone. There is now proof of God. (thats how I see it)

well, minus all the vengeful biblical God stuff anyways.

I have to go look but did you say this the last time this happened?

Its wicked stormy today so we cant go out and play! That might be a sign for "chill out at home" day. (And maybe fold laundry although I havent figured out how to do that without the baby pulling everything out of the piles I made.)
