Can anyone help me w/this? I need to leave in 45 minutes, I'm not dressed, I have two nurslings screaming for me, I've spent over 1/2 hour searching this forum for "absorption" and I know I just saw a discussion somewhere here about diagnosing this problem. I'd really like to discuss it w/the doctor. Please someone.

I know that EnteroLab has one. I'm not sure if that's what you're thinking of.

I'm sorry I didn't answer, Tracy, even if I have no clue.
I hope the doctor's appointment went well.

I'm not sure what it is either but I know my sons GI tests for it all the time. I'm sorry. I hope you were able to get it taken care. Let me know, if you can't and I'll call my GI to ask.

Just seeing this - not sure if its too late, but we did stool tests through out GI, and they were reducing substance, pancreatic elastase and alpha 1 antitrypsin.

We are *still* awaiting the elastase...
