I created a yahoo group, Thigh Ladies , to keep people on the road to weight loss.
Through out the day, I'll send out reminders to drink water, excercise, and eat right. Kind of like flylady reminds you to pick up. It'll work best if you get individual e-mails instead of one a day e-mails.
