I do hope you take the time to research vaccines in depth and share the information with you dh since not knowing what is being injected into your baby cause side blind you. It is not a pretty way to learn about the dangers of vaccines.

Don't forget you can always vaccinate, but once you inject your child, you can never take the toxins back out of his little body. And all vaccines contain a LOT of toxins.

Perhaps the first thing you should research is the ingredients in vaccines and how vaccines are manufactured? Let us know if you want that information. Ask questions. Lots of them.

Here is a video I think is very important -

Oh I am planning to do research. Thats why I was wondering if there is a place to go see what they normally vax babies for and when so I can then decide which if any of them to do. I just know my mom vaxed me one time, and decided she couldnt do it anymore and I never had any more. Thankfully I was the oldest so none of my siblings have had any vax.
Someone told me they are vaxing babies now for Sexually transmitted diseases?? Really? That just seems odd to me.

Yes they are. For hep B.
It is transmitted via blood through drug-user needles or sexual intercourse.
They vaccinate newborns within a day or two in the hospital for that one. And the vaccine protects at best for 5 years. So that makes absolutely no sense except $$$$ sense for the vaccine manufacturer.

Here is an example. I had 2 vaccines in my life time. My kids had about 9 vaccines each. Now my grandchildren are supposed to get over 40 vaccines before they go to school. What does that tell you? It tell me vaccines are a big business. As a matter of fact, pharmaceutical companies make more money than all fortune 500 companies together. That is money! And that is power! That's why they can insist that we need vaccines to be healthy. The truth is that vaccines mess with the immune system and create life long patients who need more vaccines and make more money for pharmaceutical companies. It's a dirty business! - that's what Gandhi said a long time ago.

Hi! I've been stalking in the TTC board for several months, so was happy to see you appear on the vax boards now that you're expecting

Here is the CDC immunization schedule:

http://www.cdc.gov/vaccines/recs/sch...chedule_pr.pdf

Yes, they do vax for sexually transmitted diseases now. Starting at day 1 (literally, the day baby is born) with Hepatitis B. I think that would be a great place to start research with your husband.

Who is at risk for Hep B?

People practicing unsafe sex with multiple partners, IV drug users, medical professionals at risk for a needle stick from an infected person, and babies born to Hep B positive mothers. So, unless your day old baby will be having sex with infected people, doing drugs, or becoming Doogie Howser, he/she is probably safe. You will have a Hep B test at some point during your pregnancy. If you are positive, then your baby is at risk, and this is something that you should do more research on.

Who is vaccinated for Hep B?

Babies, and people traveling internationally in areas endemic for Hep B. The thought is that if you jab all the babies in the US, when they grow up to be little miscreants putting themselves at risk for Hep B, they will be protected. Problem is, the studies I have read indicate that after 6-7 years the protection wears off. This could create an even greater problem as these unprotected youths engage in unsafe activities that they think they are protected from Hep B. Why not just jab all the people who are at risk then? Well, IV drug users are a notoriously hard bunch to get to come three times in a row at 2 month intervals to get the shot series. Heck, I probably wouldn't remember to make 3 appointments in a row.

What are the risks of Hep B?

Well, if you are allergic to brewer's yeast, you can have a deadly reaction to the vax. How do you know if your day old infant is allergic to brewer's yeast? Well, you don't....

Good luck with your research! Its fascinating stuff!

CDC recommended schedule

Realize also that each state has there own list of vaccines that are required by law to either have or claim an exemption to for public school entry. Most states require less vaccines than the CDC recommends. There are religious and/ or philosophical exemptions in all but two states that are easy to file. In my state it is as easy as sending a signed, written statement to school when enrolling stating that I cannot in good conscience vaccinate my child, so no vaccines are 'required' at all.

Here's a link to some package inserts with ingredients lists in them.

CDC pinkbook. Has facts on all the VPD's. This is one of the major sources of information that made me NOT vax.

I also love the VAERS database of vaccine adverse reactions:
http://vaers.hhs.gov/

It's searchable, so if you're into numbers you can get a better idea of rates of each disease versus the number of reported reactions to the vax itself. It only considers immediate reactions, but I have yet to find a great site about long-term concerns like diabetes, crohn's, lupus, eczema, allergies, and all the autoimmune diseases. There are also some cancer concerns, but again, I don't know great sites other than google scholar to search for that.
