Nc mamas-? for anyone who gave birth at the high point birth center before it closed

Does any body know how to get medical records from them. Do I contact the hospital in high point? I want my chart from giving birth there in 2004.

I think the practice is still open. Last I heard the midwives we still in that building and still practicing but just not having births in the center, but attending births at the hospital. In which case, you coudl just call there, but if the are closed all together, you are probably right about going to the hospital.

They are no longer delivering at the hospital either. The practice is totally closed. I'm not sure how to obtain records.
