that was my due date! She came on the 2nd though

If we have that many April due dates, me being due at the end of May I probably should be in the June DDC!

Indeed - by my calculation my official EDD is May 24...though for some reason the midwife put it at May 26.

My due date is April 26th so I have about 10 days left!!!!!!!! My good friend just had her baby last night. She was 6 days overdue and ended up giving birth on her oldest sons birthday! Such a coincidence. It was crazy though- we were at the park together yesterday at 11am (with no labor signs at all)and she was holding her son by 11 that evening! She has really quick labors. I haven't actually spoken to her yet, though I think her labor was only a few hours.

Anyway its starting to sink in that I'm next! I'm having lots of super tight BH's that kinda take my breath away. Thats about it though. My pelvis feels good and my baby is in a good position and my BP is low. I did have some glucose in my urine this week but at almost 39 weeks the midwives aren't too concerned. I haven't been good about my sugar intake.

I'm wondering about Mei Mei, I sent her a PM a week or so ago. Hope we have some baby news in here soon!

My due date is April 25. I feel great, honestly. I've not had a ctx that I've noticed. I never had them w/ ds, either. I've been walking up a storm on the beach and around my neighborhood. I feel super relaxed, and I have everything ready.

Had a small blessingway this evening, then got pulled over with a placenta painted (in clay...symbolizing Earth energy...) on my face! I've been more afraid of eating placenta than of anything else. Baby is moving like crazy, still!

Starting to focus on birth starting Saturday. I think that I will really set my sites in on this, this time. I feel like this could really happen to me, sometime between the 18-24. Wow!

Same here. I feel like I can really relax because my mom will be in town tomorrow. I haven't had much of a break from my toddler or the housework and having her around will help me be able to put some of those things aside and focus on myself my homebirth space and my new baby! OMG- theres a BABY at the end of this!

I just have to say- that being in the May DDC has been very therapeutic. I love hanging with you ladies who are not stressing and irritated about not being in labor yet. I am feeling so zen and not impatient one bit. I check out the April DDC and unfortunately theres some unsettled ladies in there that are due at the end of the month. I urge you mamas, even the ones due at the end of the month to take each day and enjoy the time to yourself, or with your older children. Don't rush the process and obssess about labor coming! It'll come! Honest!

Being relaxed is probably the best thing you can do for yourself when your time is getting short! I'm so excited for all the birth announcements we'll be having shortly. With my weird due date change, I don't really have a date in my mind of when I'll go - early, middle, or end of May... hopefully sometime in May! I was thinking about this last night though, some of you ladies have about a week or two to go until your due dates! How exciting!

I'm due May 2nd. I never really "registered" at this site, just lurked and posted when I had something to add. Now that I'm due in 2 weeks, I've been visiting more often!!! Both of my other kids came late, though, 2 weeks and 1 week late respectively, so maybe it will be mid-may for me!

I was just reading through some of the April DDC birth announcements. It seems like one baby after another! It's a trip! I don't think I've ever used that word before to describe something but thats exactly the work that comes to mind!!

Ah well, another late late May mama here. Although she has dropped quite a lot and I am starting to feel interesting sensations in the very very low pelvic region. Maybe sooner, I won't object!
